"No Risk, No Return" - Pastor Rich Theilen

In Matthew 25, Jesus tells the story of three men who were all trusted to take care of another man’s property.  In that story, Jesus picks up on a principle that goes back to creation itself:  the principle of stewardship.  We all make choices that make the most (or the least) of what we have.  Join us as we consider these choices in light of Jesus’ own teaching.

Get ready for Sunday by reading Genesis 2:4-15, Matthew 25:14-30 and Colossians 1:15-17 on your own.

Miss a week? Audio of the sermons are available on our website! Click here to listen.

Vacation Bible School (July 29-August 2)

It’s that time of year and we’re getting ready to GO BIG at Crossview! All kids ages 4 years old - 4th grade are invited to GO BIG VBS, where they’ll hear stories from the Bible, begin to explore how Christ wants them to be part of His BIG story, meet new friends, and experience new and fun activities. We’ll have a fantastic time learning Bible verses, singing upbeat music, creating crafts, playing games, taking part in a mission project, and having delicious snacks. Click here to register online!

Vacation Bible School offers a unique approach to Christian education during the summer months, providing fun and creative methods of teaching children Christ-like values and ways to interact with others and strong biblical foundation for faith development. VBS is also an excellent outreach tool - a way to invite those who do not normally attend church to come into Crossview, get involved, and build a relationship with others and with Jesus Christ.

Grown ups are invited to GO BIG VBS too! Join us and use your God-given talents to share the love of Jesus with the kids who attend, spread the word about GO BIG VBS to friends, neighbors and co workers, provide much-needed snack supplies and PRAY! Click here to join the team or sign up to bring snacks.

Crossview Photo of the Week

Worship team practice on Thursday, July 5th. Each Sunday service requires hours of preperation and behind-the-scenes work, not only in worship arts, but in many other ministries as well (just think of all the nursery workers, greeters, ushers, coffee servers, and Sunday school teachers that you encounter at church). We are thankful to God for providing Crossview with so many talented and faithful volunteers!
